Throughout my life there has been one constant variable that makes me happy. One constant thought that has been with me for the last two decades of my life, GET OFF YOUR ASS! My name is Kevin Raposo and I am RaposoFIT. I specialize in fitness assessments and consultations and personal training. I love to incorporate any type of physical activity into my daily routine. Activity is my release from everyday stress and it helps me to stay motivated, healthy and most importantly, one step ahead of my two kids.
For the last sixteen years I have the pleasure to train along side some of the best trainers in the city. Located in the downtown core where there is an abundance of laughter and knowledge. I was primarily situated at one of Toronto’s top clubs and within the last few years I have decided to add a new chapter into my life and started my own personal training business. Thus, RaposoFit was born and mobile. Prior to starting my career in personal training I graduated from George Brown College in the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program, which in turn allowed me to become nationally certified from the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology as a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant (CSEP-CPT).
It is very easy to get bored and loose motivation during a workout. It is even easier to create an excuse to sabotage any health gains one has desperately tried to achieve. With my down-to-earth personality and my ability to develop simple and client specific programs, expect an environment that caters to the success of your goals and wellbeing. Starting something new can be overwhelming and I am here to help you understand, overcome and above all enjoy your decision to add any type of physical activity into your daily routine.
